Time is valuable.
Respectfully notify me within 48 hours of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Your appointment is reserved well in advance, therefore, late cancellations will be charged accordingly:
Less than 48 hours notice 50% of the total services
Less than 24 hours/no show 100% of the total services
Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running more than 10 minutes late. Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time if I am able to accommodate you.
Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of scheduling if continual rescheduling becomes a habit or you are unable to provide cancelation notice in a timely manner. Thank you for respecting my time as much as I respect yours.
Please provide a valid email address and phone number for confirmation and reminder messages regarding your appointments. I will schedule ample time for check in if you are a new guest or additional consent forms are needed for your treatment. Please arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment.

Spa gowns and slippers are provided for your comfort. Disposable spa panties are available during hair removal and body treatments if necessary.
Essential Luxuries Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings with you when you leave.
Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Venmo are accepted for spa services, products and gift certificates. Gift certificates are valid for one year after date of purchase. Gratuity is greatly appreciated as a reflection of how well you enjoyed your service.
